- Ann Cox Added November 02, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed in service of Yarrawonga store. Purchased a beanie today. Leaving the storevand looking at purchase realized that it was faulty with excess pulls in wool. Returned to store straight away only to be informed that I only was entitled to an exchange or voucher. All the other beanies where in the same condition and as we live in Port pirie S.A where there is no store this was not an option for us. Never have I been refused the return of a faulty product. Never will shop in Rivers stores again snd certainly advise others not to as well.
